With experience spanning the full project lifecycle - acting as both a direct client-side consultant and as operational leader, James has managed operational business units, led multi-disciplinary project teams, overseen major delivery programmes across the UK and Europe, and supported organisations through transformational change.

Whether building delivery frameworks from scratch, supporting businesses to professionalise, or steering major regeneration and clean-energy developments, our focus is always on establishing order, commercial stability, and sustainable growth.

While James personally leads every engagement, projects are delivered alongside a trusted network of senior partners and specialist associates to scale capability precisely to client needs.
